Jessica Creed - Site Engineer, Estimating Department, VIC "Since completing my Civil Engineering degree I have worked as a Site Engineer on the Monash Alliance where I was predominantly responsible for stormwater drainage works for my section. Currently I am working in head office assisting the estimating team with the tender submissions for potential projects and soon I will be transferred onto another project. I joined Abigroup because of the vast opportunities available for a young engineer to gain valuable experience."

Glen O'Brien
- Site Engineer, Westcliff Stage 3 Emplacement Area Infrastructure Project, NSW
"Abigroup's graduate development program is giving me exposure to all aspects of engineering - from bridge duplication at Alfords Point to creek diversions and road construction on a multi-million dollar earthworks project with BHPB at Westcliff. I've got a great mentor who gives me invaluable insight, and our graduate program is aligned with Engineers Australia so I'm getting closer every day to becoming a Chartered Engineer. We are encouraged to get involved in Abigroup's work life balance activities which are always fun. I was part of the Abigroup rowing team last year and I made some great friendships with people based on other sites across NSW."

Stephanie Rodgers - Graduate Engineer, Origin Alliance, QLD
"The Abigroup family is a fantastic group of people to work with. As an aspiring engineer while at university, I had always dreamed of working for a large construction company like Abigroup, but never believed the dream would turn into a reality. Now, as a Graduate Engineer, I proudly work for Abigroup on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Queensland - D2G Origin Alliance. Working for Abigroup has been a very friendly and supportive experience. Every person working for Abigroup is regarded as an integral part of the larger picture, a real asset to the team and I am honoured to be a member of such a professional outfit."
